Here’s a breakdown of our on-boarding process:
Initial Call: After you contact us we’ll schedule a call to discuss your business needs and see if our concierge web services are the right fit for you.
Mutual NDA: If we’re a match, we’ll send out a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This ensures trust and privacy as we manage various accounts and processes, including administrative access for migrations. Detailed privacy and service agreements will cover all specifics.
Service Agreement: Based on our discussions, we’ll draft a preliminary service agreement for your review. This agreement outlines the scope of work, timelines, and pricing.
Design Concept: Once the agreement is finalized, we start working on a design concept tailored to your needs. This phase typically takes a few days, depending on the project’s complexity.
Website Deployment: While we finalize the design, our team is busy deploying your website and configuring all the necessary settings.
Details & Graphics: We work closely with you to sort out all the details, including images and graphics, to ensure your site looks perfect.
Re-creation & Approval: After the design is approved, we build it on your live site. You’ll have an oportunity to make final tweaks.
Going Live: Once everything is set, your site is ready to go live. Alternatively, some clients prefer to retain offline access to the site while they add content at their own pace.
Our process is designed to be as easy and hands-off for you as possible. The fastest turnaround for a custom site with 5 pages has been within the same week, but the pace depends on your requirements and project complexity. Additionally, if you need to migrate your website between hosting providers, we can handle that for you too.
How to Help Streamline the Process.
What can I do as a client to help move things along?
Content is King: To help us build your site efficiently, we need content from you. For a 4-page website (Home, Services, About, Contact), you can create a simple 4-page document in Microsoft Word or PowerPoint with the content that best describes your business. Feel free to include any specific layout ideas or design preferences. Remember, this is just a starting point, and we can refine it as needed.
Engage and Communicate: If you have a particular vision, share it with us. Whether you want a specific layout or design, let us know. We’re here to make your vision come to life.
Images: If you have images of your business and services, share them with us. We can touch them up and optimize them for the website. High-quality, relevant images can make a significant impact.
DIY or Leave it to Us: We can provide an overview and links to resources for you to make small edits yourself, or you can engage our team to handle the edits for you. We have a set of theme builders and tools that make editing easy, but if you’d rather our designers take the reins, we can do that too.
Be Responsive: Timely feedback and communication are crucial. The faster we receive your input, the quicker we can proceed with the next steps.
